We have carried out consulting services in diverse areas such as study on Salary compensation, Organizational assessment, Capacity building, Re-organization, Training Needs Assessment, Strategic Planning, Policy Review, Cost benefit Analysis, Supply Chain Development, Guidelines and translation of the report from English to Dzongkha (National language of Bhutan).
We are also looking into possibility of conducting feasibility studies on electrical engineering services such as extension of electrical lines for both industry as well as domestic pruposes, study on internal house wiring, energy audit, safety aspects, safety rules and regulations and preparing other documents related to energy. We are also looking to extend our services to training in the areas of management, technical, analysis, finance, leadership, performance management and other areas.
Our future objective is also to enter into supply and delivering of technical items and machineries related to service industry. we will try to build relationship with the external firms, manufacturing companies and other reputed agencies so that our firm becomes one of the leading company in the nation as well as in the region.

Research and Consulting
Research and consulting will be one of the main areas which we are focussing at the moment. We have already done lot of comsulting works both for the agencies in Bhutan as well as outside including those in Australia. At the moment, we are already in the field of organizational development, capacity building, training needs assessments, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, operations management, policy interventions, review of rules and regulations, supply chain development and HRD related solutions.
With the enormous experience and expertise in hand, we are already in the market with high quality, exceeding the expectations of the clients with excellant reports and deliverables. We are looking for any kind of research and consulting both in terms of management and engineering.
Business Plans and Proposals

Training and Capacity Building
In the long run, we will be providing training to various levels of professionals such as at the managers level, graduate level, diploma level and to the technician level. we are planning to conduct trainings to build their skills in terms of understanding the Government rules and regulations, service norms, policies and career advancements for the graduates. Field experience sharing, practical applications in the real work environment for various levels of professionals. Writing, presentations, leadership and management at the mid level as well as to the leaders.
We will also hire some of the expertise from outside to provide extensive lectures to build capacity on various aspects, so that concern agencies need not have to sent all their employees outside as well as wasting time and effort in looking for the institutes to train their people. We will also arrange seminars and workshops with nominal fees to talk and debate on various social issues so that the solutions can be put up to the respective agencies or authorities for implementation for the well being of the society.
