4. Conduct research in performance management and any other fields as per the client's needs

5. Venture into recruitment process for civil service as well as corporations and private entities

6. Act as a think tank to build capacity and provide solutions to the problems

7. Provide engineering design, estimation, costing, feasibility studies and supervision

8. Expand business in the international arena

9. Establish international links with the global consultancy and training institutes

10. Take up supervisory works in construction and management

11. Enter into long term contracts with the agencies for specific projects
