Norlha Engineering and Management Consultancy was formed in 2011 with a motive to bring about business solutions, excellence in engineering services, business and management by a group of well experienced, dynamic and qualified professionals having diverse backgrounds in engineering, management, finance, policy and information technology. All the working group members have served in various positions in the government ministries, departments, public entities and private sectors. The portfolio of expertise includes system designers, process improvement, strategic planning, human resource development, financial management, project management, engineering (in terms of design, estimation, costing and feasibility studies), performance management, organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, project management, data mining, statistics, decision making, cost benefit analysis and other services as per the needs of the clients.

 

The whole purpose of this consultancy firm is to bring about a change in management, business process improvement, leadership quality, policy reform, conduct diagnostic analysis, system planning, monitoring and evaluation for performance improvement, organizational restructuring, engineering services and to bring about overall capacity development of the employees working in any sector across the country. This can be pursued by taking advantage of the ICT facilities, management tools and techniques, system planning and analysis models including utilization of experienced working group. Our motto is to become a premier institution in the country in terms of providing professional consultancy services as well as professional training comparable with that of international and regional standards. We are also planning to get tie up with some of the reputed international consulting or training institutions so as to work together as a team in future.
